OPTIONS provide enterprise level business intelligence and finance infrastructure to small medium enterprises (SME) for a fraction of the costs of employing internally. Operating predominately in Metro Vancouver over the past 6 years, we focus on developing, implementing, streamlining, and maintaining scalable finance and accounting (F&A) processes to suite each Business Owner’s needs.  Our team of finance and accounting professionals provide our business clients full-time access to a complete range of F&A experience from Accounts payable to CFO.

At our Core, we provide modular based operational (day to day) services such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, GST & T5018 filings, job cost accounting, monthly and year-end financial reporting, and access to reports generated using Sage 300 ERP software.

Over in Strategies we focus at the C-Suite level where we provide finance oversight on corporate structuring, project financing, due diligence in real estate development deals, corporate and project cash flow forecasting, complex excel modelling and internal audit controls.

As of October 2018, our team of 13 finance and accounting professionals are providing continued financial guidance on over $500 million in cumulative annual revenue among all of our business clients.

We have developed and are operating in a scalable financial system that has allowed us to grow with our clients.
