Wilson Wong has over 12 years of senior management experience specifically focused in real estate development. He has extensive experience helping start-up companies develop, implement and manage scalable finance infrastructure needed to manage rapid growth to maturity.
After obtaining his Chartered Accountant designation in 2003, Wilson ventured away from PriceWaterhouseCoopers and into a start-up real estate developer, Mosaic Homes, in 2004 where he became instrumental in developing their financial infrastructure that enabled the company to scale from $10 million to $150 million in annual revenue over a span of 5 years. After this tenure, he founded OPTIONS in 2010 where he has built a new scalable business model that complement businesses for growth.
Wilson’s current main functions are in helping his clients engage in successful development deals using different financing vehicles and risk-adjusted structures.
Since 2004, Wilson has overseen the flow of over $1 billion in revenue, a loan portfolio of over $750 million, and equity structuring of over $300 million.
Wilson was educated at the University of British Columbia where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 1999, and then subsequently moved into business through the accounting option.
Linda Gradnitzer has been with Options Management Group since 2011.
In her role as one of three Principals, she provides clients with quality accounting services producing financial statements, managing cash flows, construction draws, resolving issues with auditors, as well as training and supervision to junior accounting staff.
Previously, Linda worked at Mosaic Homes for 2 years reporting directly to Wilson Wong where she was involved in producing internal reports, project job costing, financial statement analysis and remitting various governments filings.
Linda’s current portfolio consists of overseeing daily accounting for several clients in various industries including single-family to multi-family residential development and construction companies. In addition, she also manages architectural and marketing firms, while handling a few smaller scaled projects.
Linda initially earned her Bachelor of Arts from SFU and subsequently entered the industry after receiving her Diploma in Accounting from UBC in 2006. She then continued her studies to receive her Certified General Accountant designation (now amalgamated as Chartered Professional Accountants).
Lindsay Houston joined Options Management Group in May 2012. She has spent almost her entire career in the real estate development industry. She started her career as an Accounts Payable Clerk with Mosaic Homes. During her tenure with Mosaic she worked her way up to a Project Accountant before leaving to join the Peterson Group. Her time with the Peterson Group was spent working on the Woodwards Redevelopment Project as well as the Shangri-La Vancouver Project. After the Peterson Group, Lindsay moved to Toronto, ON where she worked for Canderel Residential Inc. on the DNA 3 and Aura Projects.
Currently with Options Lindsay has honed her Land Acquisition skill set finding land for potential projects, producing land acquisition proformas after reviewing city plans and requirements, and helping in the acquisition and due diligence process. She is also overseeing and implementing financial reporting for clients as well as managing the accounting team.
Lindsay was educated at Cornell University where she played varsity ice hockey and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business.
